At HouseShaw we have an array of marketing options available via our professional photography associates, with examples below. In 2023 it is paramount that your property will stand out online, in particular on the property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, OnTheMarket) and on social media, so our suggested package (with our owners approval of course) includes the below 5 elements to ensure maximum exposure – which HouseShaw pays for upfront!

- a high quality 360 Degree Virtual Tour
- one of our unique and highly noticeable house shaped For Sale Board’s
Additional options include Aerial Drone Photography where we feel this could benefit a particular properties marketing. The marketing we carry out will always be our owner’s decision so each property often has a unique mix of these options and James Donald Homes will pay for the marketing visit for all clients instructing us as their sole estate agent. Our marketing package also includes the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is a legal obligation for a seller provide as part of a property sale in England. It is worth remembering that the more exposure your property has and the higher the quality of its marketing, the higher the quality of potential buyers viewing will be and therefore carrying a higher probability of offers being made.

Our professional photographers will ensure that your property stands out online which is important when house hunters are seeing multiple properties on the search summary pages, making it more likely for them to click through to see more of the marketing material.
Floorplan
HouseShaw offer a unique style of floorplan, designed with buyer curiousity in mind. With both metric and imperial measurements of the rooms (including ceiling heights) potential buyers can geta much clearer idea of the space and with our added ‘Site Plan’ and Compass they will be able to gain a strong grasp of the exterior space and layout too. A good floorplans is utterly crucial – a recent statistic showed that over 40% of potential buyers will lose interest in the marketing and not request a visit to a property that does not have a floorplan.
360 Degree Virtual Tour
Following the housing market closures during the 2020 lockdown’s, these 360 degree virtual tours have now become almost an essential part of any premium marketing package.
Video Walkthrough Tour
Another fantastic use of technology to show properties off prior to an internal visit these video tours give a great flavour to the buyers of the flow of the property.
Drone Footage / Video Footage
Drone footage will clearly not suit all properties, but for some it can highlight key assets.
For Sale / SOLD stc Board
These are one of the oldest tools in an estate agents arsenal to promote a properties availability, but we have taken it a step further by investing in unique house shaped boards to ensure that our properties stand out when potential buyers are passing!

We list all of our properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and OnTheMarket for maximum coverage and to ensure we do not miss any potential buyers!
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
An EPC is a compulsory requirement when selling a property in England and must be in place when the property is listed for sale. The picture shows a Sample EPC, containing information on how efficient your property is and its grading at the time of assessment from bands A to G. As you can also see the EPC suggests typical energy usage and recommendations of how to reduce energy consumption and improve the energy efficiency of the property.
