HouseShaw has undergone significant growth and development since its humble beginnings in a glorified shed/ home office. John Shaw, started out building his property portfolio in 2009, the journey from self-managing his properties to assisting other landlords and eventually building a sizeable portfolio across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas in 2015 demonstrates that HouseShaw is here for the long term, and affirming the company’s dedication and expertise in the industry.

The commitment to excellence is apparent in HouseShaw’s investment in top-tier software, office infrastructure, knowledge and understanding of legislation, and client protection.

What is all this though, without the best team in the area upholding these skills and implementing our values into our daily activities. Our vibrant team of property professionals have been hand-picked, to fit our win-win, fun loving culture, offering service with a smile.

Our journey started in lettings, as a result of John’s own property investment journey. We now cover sales and lettings, and have strong focus on building an investment strategy for our landlord clients that makes their money work as hard as possible for them, as well as showcasing quality homes for the owner occupier market.
