John Shaw

Managing Director

All round property enthusiast, thriving of the buzz in the busy office. John enjoys life’s simple pleasures, coming home to a warm welcome from his young family and pet dog each day. You might find John out walking the dog at dawn, attempting some rock climbing, or even a bit of amateur golf if he gets the chance. You’ll find John working on the business, fine tuning the machine behind the scenes so that everything runs smoothly for all our landlord and tenants.

Steve Locke

Director of Lettings

The sporty one, often captain of the team, and the driving force in the Lettings team. Steve has pledged his allegiance to HouseShaw for a number of years now and has worked up the ranks to become very knowledgeable in all areas of the business… But still learning something new every day though as you’ll often hear him say. Steve likes to bridge the gap between HouseShaw and its affiliates, whether they be our Landlords, Contractors, Tenants or Service Providers, bringing everyone closer together. You’ll frequently find him on a football pitch or in the gym when outside of the office.

James Donald

Partner & Head of Sales

James loves what he does, and he is a self-confessed workaholic! One of the greatest feelings of satisfaction for James is seeing happy clients on their completion day and receiving a lovely review! James has been a local estate agent since 2005 and offer vast experience of the industry and its processes, as well unparalleled expertise in Buckinghamshire areas. James’s clients can be assured of a very personal experience tailored to their needs and a quick read of his past reviews will confirm their appreciation for his attentive and responsive approach, which is why he has such a wonderful base of repeat clients. James is an avid movie and sports fan and can often be found at the local cinema – when not selling houses or dog walking that is!

Emma Noakes

Sales Executive

The Designer/Fashionista One who’s always got your back and keeps you smiling with her cracking sense of humour. Emma works as a Sales Executive with 24 years conveyancing experience. When Emma isn’t in the office, you will usually find her snuggling up with a glass in hand and a good film, chilling/eating out with friends or shopping for the latest new trend for her wardrobe or for the home!

Nathan Armstrong

Lettings Manager

The high-energy, results-driven go-getter with a knack for turning challenges into triumphs. Thought to have passion for innovation, fuelled by efficiency and driven by results and a proven track record. Nathan looks forward to meeting you and seeing how he can maximise the return on your investment and help you through the world of compliance. When Nathan isn’t working, you will find him spending time with his family, Socialising with friends or in the middle of nowhere Skiing, hiking, or mountain climbing.

Chloe Fair

Lettings Negotiator

The Organiser (self-confessed control freak) with a great sense humour. Chloe has now been with the company for a year and a half and has gained extensive knowledge in the rental market. When Chloe isn’t in the office you will usually find her attempting the latest DIY hack or searching the web for her forever home.

Chloe Robinson

Property Manager

The Fact Finder who loves a good challenge. Chloe has a wealth of knowledge to support tenants and landlords with all their maintenance and compliance queries. When she isn’t working you can find her in the garden or our exploring new areas with her young family.

Charlotte Butler

Assistant Property Manager

Charlotte has been in the property industry for around 13 years, she has worked across sales and lettings so have a wealth of knowledge in both areas. Charlotte works as an assistant property manager, mainly dealing with repairs, maintenance, and inspections. She speaks to landlords and tenants daily and like problem solving.

Outside of work, you will find Charlotte spending time with her friends and family whether it be discovering new places to visit or visiting family in Chichester.

Sylvia has epitome of energy, diligence, and teamwork. With enthusiasm and tireless work ethic, Sylvia is the driving force behind any project she tackles. Her innate helpfulness and dedication ensure that every task she takes on is done with care.

Beyond the workspace, Sylvia enjoys painting, hiking, and socialising with friends.

Kent Ryan Mandato

Social Media Executive

The always-available powerhouse who’s present from sunrise to sunrise. As the group’s video editor and content creator, he’s the driving force behind captivating content at Houseshaw. With a love for team sports and video games, it’s no wonder he’s a natural team player, bringing enthusiasm and skill to every project. Despite his serious demeanour, we’re pretty sure he loves to have fun too!

Jeff

HouseShaw Mascot

You might recognise Jeff from some of our photos and virtual tours. He lives in the office and joins us on all marketing trips to make sure every property is captured in the best way possible. Jeff has a keen desire to be in front of the camera, and can’t wait to see more and more of the wonderful properties we look after.
