Hi Guys, ya boy’s been busy again! This week I learned how to bariste? not sure if that’s the word but basically I learned how to be a barista! The guys over at @theCannyCaff were kind enough to invite me in to learn from their own world class baristas! I assumed it was all latte art and cake baking, turns out there is a little more to it… Although I did create some Latte art masterpieces and bake some excellent cakes, I also had a whole other list of tasks to be doing at the same time! Luckily I had some excellent teachers who were able to figure out ways for a plastic dog with no hands to work all the different machines and carry trays around the cafe (hint, it involves half a broom handle and a lot of duct tape). So I think I am now able to say I have completed baristing? baristering? being a barista!
